Ingredients

2 1/2 oz
London Dry gin
, or any gin.
1 3/4 oz
lemon juice
1/2 oz
simple syrup
, or make your own from
sugar
Club soda
Lemon slices
for garnish

Method

Put cracked ice into a cocktail shaker.

Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker, and shake vigorously until well frosted.

Strain into a chilled Collins glass.

Top off with club soda and garnish with the lemon slices.

Serve immediately.
