Ingredients

Cracked ice
1 3/4 oz
London Dry gin
, or any gin
3/4 oz
lime juice
Club soda
, or substitute for
sparkling water
.
Lemon
slice, to garnish

Method

Muddle the mint sprigs.

Place the mint in a chilled old-fashioned glass and pout in the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Add the crushed ice to the glass.

Top off with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with more fresh mint.

Serve immediately.
